Well, that's the thing. No one is clean. Only difference is who has better doctors to dope them up on something that is not tested, or time it perfectly to have levels below test range. There's not 1 athlete thats not doped in athletics (that makes some relevant results). This is known for years. You simply pay for doctors that know what is being tested at what levels and pay them to dose you up correctly or on new meds that are not tested.
