The only thing I don`t like is that they both charge around 15% for each transaction. Is there any other options then CCBill and Epoch which takes a lower % for each sale? I know we can get 6-7% from one of the serious payment processor companies in EU, but then you have to have a EU company. I don`t know about any US Payment processors who will do that.
Does anybody know about other Serious payment processors companies they can recommend for our company which is based in the US, and that charge a lower % then CCBill and Epoch?

We had the same experience. We started with CCBill and still do use them for some of our processing (mainly affiliate transactions due to their robust services), but we got in touch with Matt at Möbius and made the switch to using them as our primary.
Truth is, we expected to lose a lot in exchange for the lower processing rate (by lower, I mean WAY lower) but we actually saw an increase in approved transaction rate and our funds are available next day in our bank account without any extra fees. I can't tell you how great I really think they are enough, but I do understand the attraction of the bigger companies like CCBill and Epoch and Segpay.
*Just saw the posts above mine, there's Matt ^.... Kristi from Segpay is pretty awesome too. If you need the full suite of services, she's the person to talk to.
