x) automatic grabbing of recent favicon
x) automatic grabbing of recent screenshot + rotating theme on main+details-sites
x) automatic grabbing of recent tweets and putting them on a sites detailpage, as well as on the main page
x) automatic check if they run any malware on the site (safebrowsing)
x) voting for all websites
x) commenting for all websites
x) easy navigation
x) and I guess a lot more, but I just woke up ;]

Tho I agree that 95% dont put that effort in it - but thats why they also dont get the hits ;)
