If there are any American or Trukish troops in Syria they are there on vacation. Clearly Obama nor Turkey can tell them where they can go on vacation, perhaps they just like fighting for freedom during their days off.. Clearly this is a civil war and the people do not like the Syrian govt.. Putin should not worry about another country's civil revolt, it's non of his business..
