Yes and no, some nationalities age better than others.
Dutch women all seem to beef up when they hit 30. Even the fit and healthy ones seem to expand. But the Spanish/Italians dont seem to.
Russians seem to age fast, could be climate/diet.
But as the Russian diet has improved alot since the days of the USSR, maybe this generation will age better.
