I have news for you.. Jobs have almost always meant relocation at almost every point in history since this country's existence.. People have always packed their shit and headed off to find opportunity in this country.
it's only the current entiltited generations whom thinks everything should be delivered to your doorstep no matter where you choose to live. This country was created by people whom got off their ass and moved to where opportunity was.
If your state, city or county is lacking opportunity, then it's only your fault for not seaking out opportunity else where. You think you are entitled to live where ever you want and have the same opportunity as places with the best jobs.. Sorry it doesn't work that way..
