It sounds like you are suffering from a niche focus issue. Buckle down on one niche, pound it to the ground. Once it's getting some action, use it as leverage to feed in your next related niche. Rinse and repeat.
Teen, WebCam, those are not niches. Those are general markets. Try "Latina teens on WebCams" as an example of what a more niched approach would be.
I did the same thing with a very niche WebCam blog set up. Pretty happy with the payoff on work spent.
