Do you even look at the pictures before post them here? First your picture shows the Ukrainian police (it's written on their uniform). The people on the second one is not from police at all (go figure). I know that Russian police are not angels. They are corrupted etc, but at least they don't shoot and tase civilians and their home pets like your police does. So I would not even compare.
