Starting about a week ago every time I wanted to buy something I kept getting a popup asking "are you sure you don't want to pay after delivery?"

Each time I clicked no. I would rather pay for the item at this moment when I know I have funds rather that at some time in the future.

Today I buy some stuff and I don't get a popup but I find out through logging into PayPal that it's pay after delivery anyway ffs.
