The wheels of justice turn slow but considering it is summer time and almost the entire student body is gone they had more than enough down time to follow up and figure that it wasn't me.
This really did happen.
I mentioned earlier that I didn't shake the
black man's hand, I wonder if it would have helped if I told him straight to his face that
"I dindu nuffins!!!!" 
If I was ever guilty of anything I would have kept my mouth shut and said nothing, if that's the case all you do is say "Sorry, I will talk to my lawyer, good day."
They went after me because they thought I was capable of all the hacking and other schemes that were done. It's an honor to be thought of so highly for the wrong reasons!
I was about 3/4 done with an electrical engineering degree from Iowa State until I decided to stop going at the end of 2012. Stack that on top of the craigslist post, the email list, it rings a lot of false positives.
