This is a Non-Event.
She's turning over an empty box, if the hard drives are even still in it you can bet they've been overwritten and wiped a dozen times.
And the thumb drive will have text-only copies of the vetted emails, if not digitized copies of the paper ones that were already sent to the State Dept.
The Clintons are a lot of things but I don't think anybody's ever been able to accuse them of being stupid.
