Again - I just looked over all my stats for the 14th, and havent seen a double entry anywhere. So it doesnt look like a system wide fault.
This has actually happended to me once before with another processor.
It was a mea pain in the butt, but I sent all the affected customers an email explaining what had happened, and what I was going to do about it.
I also gave them some freebies to keep them happy, and even offered to call them personally if they needed more information
I hope my thoughts are of help
