Including when she deleted the files on the server.
As I said earlier...the Dems better get Biden in the race quick. IF Obama decides to have the Attorney General prosecute this...Hillary could be facing a couple of years in prison.
I'm guessing that the Clintons are doing full court press sucking up to Pres. Obama at the moment on this matter. But there has never been any love lost between Obama and the Clintons.
It will all come down to prosecutorial discretion...whether Obama gives the go-ahead to have the Attorney General go after it.
The FBI already is going after it obviously.
