If you know how to manage your own server (ensim makes it a little easier), then go for it. good bw for a decent price. if ur doing heavy tgp or traffic then you might want to look at a step above a celeron server.
Be careful though. if you use their system to transfer domains, they charge you $20 a pop, and some other services have hidden costs.
You also need to keep up with the latest patches and security fixes, otherwise your box will be attacked/hacked within several months.
Rackshack is also very poor at handling DOS attacks. Their solution ... unplug ur box for a few days or until you threaten to come over there with a shotgun unless they plug you back in. But generally as a cheap host with a ton of BW, you can't go past em.
