Maybe she is the kind of person who mentally schedules things in advance, and doesn't like changes.
She originally planned her day around going to the movie at 1:00, so when you told her you were changing it to 9:00, she was irritated because she had to rearrange her mental schedule. Then after rearranging things in her mind, you changed it yet again, and it pushed her buttons. Some people don't like those kinds of surprises.
