And... nothing since then.. not a peep. uughhh...
And a followup email to the emergency email account again today... and I got a response saying they "alerted the proper department to your new message."

And then I got a reply from support.. Whoo-hoo! lol

So I guess they were just behind.. but you would think they would have had at least one person in charge of tickets. lol anywhoo.. it looks like all is good..
