You know what really works for me, like a champ? Vitamin C. 3,000 MG in the morning and 3k at night. You can adjust it to your own body and needs.
If you are still in pain it isn't enough C; if you get the runs, it is too much C. It is really easy to tell. Sometimes the pain relief is worth it. And I don't mean you will be running, you just don't want to fart.
Also works for weight loss.
