It's shady as fuck to bury something deep into terms. I guarantee you they know exactly wtf they are trying to do also.
That's not what honest and reputable companies do. Especially with something like hosting that useage is so easy to prove.
I would never do business with a company like this. Its similar to how a used car salesmam acts. It makes you wonder what else they are up to.
I can make up terms that says you have to give me your kidnies if you dont cancel 365 days in advance. It's just bad business to operate solely based on fine print.
