It's a good theme. Support certainly has its moments if you need them. It took them forever to fix the ability to use child themes after I reported the bug last year, and then I had to keep chasing the "front man" on it for a few months before I finally gave up. Beyond that, it's about the best WordPress based tube theme I have used. I'm hopeful that their "flawed" (my opinion) of one-time "lifetime" payments doesn't mean they'll disappear unexpectedly like so many have in the past (Links Organizer, JMBSoft, Arylia, et al). When you're not getting paid to continue support and development, it's awfully difficult to stay motivated when the sales start to dry up.
