Do you know how many chargebacks I get and the reason states:
Prove your customer was using the service.
Charge it back for the reasons I listed on page 1. They will credit you that money immediately. Then, if Choopa files a refute claim and they win, simply do a second chargeback and tell your bank rep. to include proof of use.
You didn't use it, you will win it. Be persistent and if bank rep says they can't do a second chargeback, talk to the manager. You will get your money back. And you need to do it quickly because there are time frame limits.

If it worked like this, then contracts in the US would be completely unenforceable. If you sign something, you are bound by it if you understand it or not. Granted, this is a shit way to do business for Choopa and I would steer any of my clients far, far away from them if they work like this - but he should have just cancelled or changed his card number after shutting down the servers.
