We sent out an email about a few weeks ago saying that we were updating our affiliate program over to NATS. We're working on scripts for the transition and in the mean time, affiliate program is going to be offline. Once it's back up again, you'll need to resign up for the program and everything will be administered through NATS.
ETA on this should be about 2 more weeks.
