Are you being serious? Rob Ford was awful but was a saint compared to Marion Barry. And your country actually re-elected him after he spent 6 months in prison for smoking crack. It's ok to hate things but your arguments / reasons are pretty weak.
The worst part is Barry wasn't just a crackhead, he was also a complete failure of a mayor. Even Ford had some redeeming qualities when it came to budgetary concerns.
