1) Downtime: They do not go down, ive been there for more than 1½ year now, have a whole lot of serves, and have had less than 20 mins downtime ALL IN ALL.
2) Cogent: They do NOT give you cogent. They are fully BGP'ed and you will ONLY see cogent in a trace if cogent is the nearest and fastest line. Actually most of their blocks do not even have cogent in the mix anymore.
3) Support: Servers are unmanaged, so if you are fucked, well - then you are fucked. But reboots and minor things are done VERY fast, and they actually even have phonesupport.
