Also notice the Russian women reaction on gays. They are the most homophobic ones here and I believe that's NOT because gays make them horny. That's a normal expression of disgust. You can't blame straight people for that because this is a
natural reaction on
unnatural things.
For example, some people love scat. It's absolutely legal (no criminal laws against that perversion) and nobody cares when they are doing that their homes. But when a normal person sees a pile of shit, he tries to hold breath, his face gets an expression of disgust and he says something "oh shot! what a bastard did it here!" So, it's just an uncontrollable reaction to something disgusting. Mos of people do it automatically.
P.S. Personally I have nothing against gays. But only when they demonstrate their homosexuality and/or have sexual contacts at home or in special clubs (there is a ton of them in Moscow). There is no need to show in on public. Respect the feelings of the majority and you'll be ok. If you love to jerk off or to dance nacked, make sure you are not doing this in public places.
