One of the reasons we choose OnlyTease is becuase we do do exactly what it says. 80% of the content is topless, 10% lingerie and 10% figure nude (approx guesses) and we never want to mislead the surfer to thinking that these stunning girls in the tour will be showing the surfer what they had for dinner by spreading legs etc - that is not what we are about - but we did want to do teasing sets - so it starts off with the girl full clothed and the hope is the user is wanting to know if the model is wearing stockings or tights, its the tease of not knowing initially. The other ethos of the site is they never do a set with bare legs, its either stockings tights or socks!
We are lucky enough to use many models that don't do any other web work (or at least never used to - these days not many models can earn a living unless they do web!) and so got some amazing models on board.
And if we get complaints from users its usually either one of two complaints - not enough skin on show (they want to see ruder stuff and never really understood the tour!) or there is too much skin on show and don't even want to see topless. The second one is the one we get more (and thankfully neither are that often).
So your idea is an interesting one!
