I'd just take the consultant and marketeer and go over our top sites and figure out what it is we're doing good what can be done better and what is missing. Than work on a game plan to execute it and take me to that next level.

I'd not care about how long I've been doing this and if they are in my type of niche. A fresh pair of brains is always a plus to talk with and welcome in my office.

The rest can stay home.
