I thought you ARE the expert that Payserve hired in because of your experience and knowledge.
And I bet that you ARE on top of it and that it is rare that someone presents you with something you haven't already tried. And I also bet that on the occassions that someone does bring something to the table you hadn't seen before, you jump on it and do indeed execute it and take it up a notch.
So yeah, you're experience does matter or you wouldn't have a job.

I tend to disagree with you on this. No matter how much of a bad ass you may be in a niche or site when you are involved in it some times you can miss the simplest things. It's not about not being on top of his game. It's about being willing to expand and grow at all times.
I think the approach and mindset Roald has leads to far greater success than the approach where you think you are doing it all already. No much room for improvement when you are god 2.0
