I'm not disagreeing with what Roald said.

Matter of fact I pretty plainly typed that I seek out stuff and occasionally I find it and use it.

I never miss a chance to sit under the learning tree. That's how I learned the things I do know. I merely said that as time goes by and you spend years and years doing something it gets harder and harder to come across "new" ideas.

If you guys disagree on that then so be it. Don't have to be a "bad ass" or a "God" to be an expert at what you do. I thought that was the basic criteria to even be doing what we do?

I just don't think I'd bring in a super talented consultant who had no idea of my niche. Now IF the person was someone that I personally respected and had a proven track record...then hell yes I want to pick his brain (and I'm sure he would want to pick mine too) to discover if there is anything that was "out of the box" from my perspective.
