Go look up LazyAssStoner on YouTube, he has a very nice selection of video how to's that cover nearly every single major social network to date.
Just don't buy any of his crap as he has enough in the free videos and also the website does have a nice free section of articles you can look at.
That's how I learned Tumblr in about 10 minutes, just be sure to use iMacros or something.
