Zorgman , that has been my experience too. Rackshack are fine.
It seems to me that if you scratch beneath the surface of alot of the disinformation in this thread you'll find people who have an interest in saying Rachshack are bad (or that other hosts are better).
The Cogent claim staggers me, I'd like to see some evidence of these claims. Regardless, I can only go on experience and it's been all good!
