I love the concept of buying from Rackshack, beautifully cheap etc...
But critically I wouldn't trust them with my business - too much extra hassle.
Look at Rackspace.com, fanatical support sounds a little naff - but you get account mangers, backup account managers, technical contacts, fuck knows what else - who get this, actually know what they're talking about.
