Open a support ticket if you have any customer order requests. We have no shortage of ip space going as larger as a /16 in different RIR's. Larger allocations or 100% clean ip space will have minimum term commitments depending on the ip quality needed.

If you are mailing and do not generate a bunch of complaints, then your list is most likely CAN-SPAM compliant and people have opted-in for your newsletters. If we receive a bunch of complaints, then the opposite is most likely the case, and your server would be terminated.

Email Marketing may be allowed on STRAIGHT subnets as shown above. They will not be allowed on MIXED SUBNET dedicated servers. Those servers will have Port 25 closed, or rate limited. This will also be shown upon ordering screens that this is the case. Email marketing is not allowed on those servers or ranges. If you have questions, please open a support ticket prior to ordering.

You must pass MaxMind pre-screen upon sign up to be eligible for service. If you are signing up via proxy, VPN, or using information that does not match up to your geoip meaning that you often times you will be flagged as possible fraud in the billing software and your order will be declined. Additionally, there are some orders received that will require manual review before final approval. Delivery will typically be 24-48 business hours from receipt of payment.
