The biggest issue as I see it is how an entire generation has become disenfranchised during Mr. Harper's office, and he has turned a blind eye.

The idea that you can own a home, or pay for or even find child care is now something that belongs only to the very privileged now in Canada. Especially in the cities.

His promise that you can borrow $10k more from your TFSA towards a home is almost petulant, it's a sort of "let them eat cake" statement. He appears to be wildly out of touch with what has happened and what his constituents face on a daily basis.

Now most of this doesn't affect me at all personally, but the changes around me are so evident that it's impossible not to notice.

And way after the economic concerns come all of the other stuff like free speech and what not.

So you can't vote for Harper, he has had more than enough time to make a difference and things are much worse. You can't vote for the NDP because their policies are clueless (create more childcare but then allow more immigration to compete for the resources etc. etc.), so that leaves the Liberals. And I gather that all Justin Trudeau has to do at this point is keep his mouth shut and he will probably win.
