They see a billionaire who knows how to make money telling them he will bring the good jobs back and it resonates.
Trump keeps saying "The American Dream is dead". Bullshit. The American Dream is alive and well, and better than ever. The neighbor across the street just bought a new nice Mercedes, the neighbor next to him just installed solar and repainted their house, and the neighbor next to them has a beautiful Chevy Chevelle as their "weekend car". The guy behind me is building a fucking airplane in his garage (although I am still not sure why).

The American Dream was shattered during the recession when people were loosing their jobs and their houses. Now the American Dream is alive and kicking.
