That said, just because your neighbor bought a car and another is panting their house doesn't mean all is great in the economy.

According to Gallup 14.7% of the people are underemployed and 37% of the population says they are worried about money.

I would ask this. How many of your neighbors are up to their eyes in debt? If they lost their jobs how long until the new Benz is repo'd and the house is foreclosed on?
How is it getting harder? My lord you can lease a freaking BMW for $300 a month.

The amount of people who are unemployed and the percentage of people who say they are concerned about money isn't because of the current administration, but instead directly because of the recession.

The American Dream is alive and well because the Americans are living it. Drive into nearly any suburban town and you'll see the same - lots of houses occupied, cars in the driveway, and everyone has a cell phone in their pocket that has more power than NASA had to get us to moon.
