I love my Rackshack box. Been there for a short time and can do nothing but rave so far. Managing the box on your own isn't too difficult. I've had some help from support and from my partner in the matter, but so far it hasn't been anything I haven't been able to accomplish.
I've dropped three trouble tickets (1 - reboot, 2 - add domains to their DNS) and all were addressed within 30 minutes.
I haven't experienced any downtime and am considering setting up another few boxes with them as well.
