The guy is an egomaniac. No way in hell does he want to go down in history as an ineffectual, failed or even average president. Trump no doubt thinks he can make great things happen. Can he do so for real? Who the fuck knows?

But were he to somehow get elected, congress would be in such a state of shock that they might actually follow the public mood and pass some fucking legislation for a change.
