Russian, contributing to the very problem they're being ridiculed for by... a Russian.
Unfair or not, Russians get a bad rap on webmaster forums especially because, well, for a lot of reasons. For a while there, say back in the early 2000's, nearly every spam/scammer email link I traced led back to .ru sites. Most of the rest were from Nigeria but those were much easier to spot.
Then there are guys like that muppet on the train over in France this past week, armed with an AK-47... Russian-made weapon. People began wondering long ago why all the arseholes, scumbags and terrorists around the world that police and special forces keep running into are invariably always armed with such weapons.
No wonder Russia itself boasts not having a gun problem, they're selling them to everyone else.
