A small historical note: the only Soviet citizens that were allowed to leave the USSR were need to be Jaws. That's was the only ethnic group of people allowed to emigrate from Soviet Union. In the States they are used to be called Russians. On the other hand, an ethic Russian had no chance to leave the USSR. Thanks to
