Good news everybody, I got my money back. After Paypal rejected my claim because is services I went to my bank and, according to VISA rules, they demanded proof of services. Scumbag replied pretending he executed nut with no proof, so the bank returned my money.

So, always pay by VISA and you're covered against fraud is my new rule
