In places where gun controls are relaxed, and there could be a gun anywhere on the street, people who are about to commit a shooting are a little more hesitant because there could be someone shooting back.

Why do you think school shootings are always in these little cute schools with no guards or unarmed guards.

You won't see a school shooting happen in the hood because the kids will fuck them up first. And don't get the parents involved, they'll shoot a motherfucker if you mess with their kids.
