There is a ton of those Linux-based systems already. The first one (ALT Linux) was released in 2001. Now even the Russian
mobile military operating system (the one with high security and encryption) is also based on Linux. Actually Linux is the best available constructor which you can use as a base for anything. For example Google uses it as a base for Android. So there is nothing funny about it. Only an idiot will use Windows on the security-sensitive systems (especially government and military-related ones).

BTW, Windows 10 keep sending your screenshots and all other sorts of activities (including the contents of your HDD and your connection logs) to Microsoft even when all those spy functions are "disabled". The proof video was posted above. So if you haven't yet upgraded to this wonderful OS, it's not too late to do it right now
