Just recent - they will continue and call themselves "steadfast" to their commitment to their members. Still appears they will keep the name with no mention of name changing.

I didn't say they were smart - just that I suspect with their attitudes that it will continue attempting to give assurances that they will "up their security" - I've seen it before so just drawing on experience with owners who refuse to see the writing on the wall.
They are going to be fined for deceptive marketing practices, then they are going to be fined for corporate theft and for doing to others exactly what the hackers did to them. Then they are going to be involved in several class action lawsuits (1 from each country with a major user base). All the key people will jump ship. Attempts will be made to get all the money out before it is eaten up in legal fees or awarded back to customers. There will be mass cancellations, refunds, charge backs and chances are they will quickly loose a lot of processing abilities. Those who are still fine with working with them, will change as more negative press comes out and we hear more about their deceptive marketing, theft, and general raping of customers in order to give them a false sense of security.

there is no coming back from this. The fact that they were hacked was really not a big deal. The fact that it put the spotlight on them and exposed that they are scumbags, that's the issue here.
