We are in affiliate business since 2003, we always pay money to all affiliates even when billings were closed and did not pay us the money - we paid our own money to affiliates. What exactly you don't like in the FAQ? We never close accounts and hold the money, only if the webmaster asks for it.
Also we often accept requests about payments under the minimum amount.
Please provide evidence that we have not paid or robbed someone in these 12 years, we are sure that you won't find anyone simply because no such people exist. So we suppose you to apologize to us. Otherwise, you are just an Internet troll, and judging on amount of your posts you are able to shoot the breeze, earning some money from this.
