Ok so this may be dumb so if it it please be as mean to me as possible (gfy style) so I dont over complicate stuff and do dumb shit anymore.

Ive managed to rank a few main pages of my site for a few keywords and looking to scale up and rank for more page keywords.

What's the best approach to safely scale up on terms of rankings other pages?

Is it just more good links and on page / meta text?

Open to every ones input but if u are an seo looking for work pls post some snippets of your thoughts and approaches for this and contact info as I may hire someone to help.
