Update
Apparently the address the black guy gave to police - isn't his.
He's in the wind...and now police have issued a warrant for his arrest.
Meanwhile, because of the new warrant and the additional charges - my daughter has to spend time today (Sunday) going back down to the police station to give an impact statement on video.
As a result, she's unable to attend a big family get-together we're hosting here today.
This will be the fourth time she's had to take time and expense to go down to the police station (and one trip to court) since this all began.
Despite a restraining order issued by the courts, my daughter still hasn't taken the bus to work since the incident because she's afraid she might encounter some of his friends.
Instead, she's had to pay for taxis.
And still - she's out an $800 cellphone.
The only upside I see to this is - it'll be a learning experience for her...on multiple levels.
