It may take a second chargeback, but he will win. That is unless he doesn't chargeback and emails choopa a few more times. And I think the time frame from filing initial chargeback to date of sale is 120 days. So 4 months back from date of filing is typically the accepted term, however those dates seem to change depending on the issuing bank.
Yes agreed, i pointed out the part about useage earlier in the thread. was just going on multiple points.
