Apple and video codecs has always been a disaster
Sometimes i am forced to use ProRes and mov container and it's just bloated crap
and then Final Cut is the only editing program that does not support common formats like AVCHD
i wish they would finally give up on that and switch to ripping off consumers with their overpriced gadgets only
