We are looking for a full time Sales and Affiliate manager!
Responsibilities:
· Meet and exceed sales performance goals by servicing existing accounts and establishes new accounts
· Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily report and monthly and annual sales analyses
· Perform outbound calls to established and prospective customers for the purpose of generating sales and relationship building
· Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
· Meet all sales objectives and handle all aspects of completing a sale including paperwork
· Understand each customer’s needs to building strong long term relationships
· Develop tools and techniques on generating and maintaining new customer leads
· Focus sales efforts by using reports to analyzing existing and potential sales opportunities
· Attend trade shows to increase the affiliate database
· Deliver exceptional customer service
Skill Summary:
· Minimum 2- 3 years of sales, account management experience in the adult industry
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
· Extremely well organized and detailed oriented with excellent time management skills
· Good business sense and professional manner
· Need to have strong customer service skills and the ability to create and maintain long term relationships with clients
· Ability to develop in-depth knowledge about products and markets
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel),experience with NATS is a must
