So they are making the study based just on IMMIGRANTS (in a country where just the native Americans are not immigrants) they did not make any distinction in their results to verify or to know if the immigrants are legal or illegal.
So the title could have been as well: First generation of Americans get more welfare than the second, but obviously will not be as hateful as the first one. |
